Introduction: Shengya Yifeng Garden is located in the new urban area of Zibo city, neighboring the biggest recreational leisure eco-park of the new town of Zibo in the west, and has a good external ecological environment. The community consists of 14 small high-rise buildings of neoclassical style and 9 garden houses, with a low plot ratio and rich space.
The landscape design has a grand overall arrangement, with the north entry and the central waterscape constituting the main axis of the whole community, and the fluent system outlining a lively and agile thematic space; the ring road has its inside and outside elevations differed by one meter or so, in addition to the partial micro-topographic design, as provides people with rich visual experience; the landscape space is organized by combining romantic sentiments and moderns’ needs for life, to exhibit a splendid, elegant, fashionable and modern new metropolitan space – the metropolitan residential area of “the bustling prosperity outside and the peaceful serenity inside”.
