Introduction: There are total 6 floors for the shopping centre, including retail, restaurants, cinema, leisure and entertainment. Cinemas and entertainment facilities are set in the 6th floor. In the east of the shopping centers is retail, West side restaurant. The east of site is Office building and service apartments. There is independent restaurant for the narrow site. The supermarket and equipment room is located in the underground level, B2 level is for underground garage and equipment rooms.
Office building west has 2 empty floors, enhancing visual permeability of Office and apartment entrances. There are 2 entrance squares which integrate with urban environment, weakening the city environment and architectural boundaries, making the building naturally integrated into the urban environment. “凹” shape south plaza shopping center not only enriches the city image, but also creating an intimate, exciting outdoor activities.
